Austyn Merritt a rep for nextera came to my business and said they would help save us money on our electric bill and told us what our rate would be, told me that we would be saving thousands a year. It was a better rate so we decided to go with them and was excited to save some money. Little did we know that they have thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees every month and our electric bill ended up more than doubling each month from what it was before we switched.
