Find the Cheapest Electricity Rates for Braidwood IL 60408

Great communication during sign up process as well as communication post sign up. Pleased with my experience with Santanna

The process was easy to complete. Prices are competitive but they did offer the lowest price compared to others.

Customer services is my specialty! i called with a Complaint and Dexter the Customer Service Manager Took care of my Concerns. His patient and knowledge was superior! No matter how upset i was he Handled It!! Great Asset to RPA company. If you have any issues please call and ask for Him!

Those who have a bad experience, its not the supplier because you are given everything you need to renew your rate either by calling NRGs number or downloading the MyNRG app where you can actually choose your next rate and plan. Also people often forget that you are getting 2-10% cash back so the extra money you pay in your bill will be given back to you at the end of the year. Ive stuck with them for over 10 years now and its been great! Dont trust all those negative reviews because those people probably never renewed and/or dont understand the value of choosing NRG or any other supplier.

The whole process for switching my energy supplier to energy harbor was a very smooth operation! The customer service representative was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what I would be receiving and talked me through the whole process of signing up. He sent email confirmations and even I received information in the mail. It's now been over a month since I signed up with Energy Harbor and I can honestly say that when I think of this company, I get a positive feeling. Energy Harbor is a company that I can trust and I look forward to being their customer for the next four years.

Switch from the competitor and save $60 in one month!

Watched my bill go down.

great experience!!
