The whole process for switching my energy supplier to energy harbor was a very smooth operation! The customer service representative was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what I would be receiving and talked me through the whole process of signing up. He sent email confirmations and even I received information in the mail. It's now been over a month since I signed up with Energy Harbor and I can honestly say that when I think of this company, I get a positive feeling.
