We were with direct energy for 1 year and really had no problems, we cancelled after a year just because we prefer to deal with Ameren. The sales reps they sent to our place of business would not take no for an answer, would not leave after we told them we were not interested, and insinuated we had to choose a supplier other than just Ameren. Was uncomfortable, rude and a bit disrespectful. Just an FYI for future customers.
