Compare the Best Natural Gas Suppliers in Des Plaines

I got tired of my bills going up and down so much from my previous provider. So, I switched to Vista Energy and I have them for a couple of months now. Their service has been all right, but I felt kind of persuaded and forced into it. Originally, the people that came to me to get me to switch didn't say I was switching right then and there. They told me that they wanted to see my bills and check my rates so they could get me a better rate. I agreed to that but then I came to find out that I got completely switched. I didn't even know which company I wanted to go with, but I thought I'd see how this would go.

Yall are stupid....like seriously....the rep told me to remember to call after the 3 month promotional rate..and I did! WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT THEY DROPPED ME TO 6.2 cents per kWh! PEOPLE!!! Please dont be stupid and call to update the rate on time!!

constellation was told by Nicor that I couldn't switch even though I was within the 100 day time stamp according to Illinois law. Nicor was of no help. they just kept telling me no. Way to many people getting involved in this to get it right. I'm stuck with Nicor for a year according to them before I can switch.

The agent came to my door in Rushmore clothes. He went through my bill with me and let me know about Rushmore's 3 year product. The process was easy and professional. No hidden fees, and when I spoke to their customer service agent, she was very cheerful and helpful.
