Gutless
| These people promise a rate that would beat Ameren at 12 cents per kWh. Then of course when you get the bill it is 17 cents per kWh. If you call their customer service they don't have the guts to even talk to you. Why they are even allowed to do business in the State of Illinois is beyond me. | |||
