Horrible user experiance
“ Their website has been down for over a month and half. And it takes 15-30mins to make a payment over the phone. It a total waste of time and super inconvenient. ”

Rebate Process is Bad
“ They offer a $100 rebate for the plan I selected, $50 after the first month. They require you to mail the rebate form to them. I had to call to make they received the form. They did receive it but it took almost 2 more months to receive my rebate and they couldn't provide any information on the rebate status when I called several times. Come on Major, make the rebate process easier and electronic. I cancelled after receiving the first $50 rebate. Too much of a hassle. ”
