  Was trying to sign up for service until i heard that they had a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel after 3 months. That cancellation fee is forever. I said never mind.

Contract End Trap

  No notification received prior to contract ending. My electricity bill doubled 450-900 when the contract ran out. There is no reason that the default plan should cost double

  I only signed up a couple months ago, and I got a bill today that is almost twice as much as it was before I joined. I do plan to cancel as soon as I get time to call them.

If you try to cancel they hit you with a huge cancellation fee

  When I found the rates were not as low as they promised I decided to switch. Two days after switching I got a phone call asking if I had approved the switch after telling them I did they said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I called the company I switched to and they are paying a portion of the cancellation fee, I dont recall being told their was a cancellation fee.
